What We Do
Health Services at Evergreen: A full continuum of quality care.
As a Life Plan Community, Evergreen offers the highest quality of care for those in all stages of life, including assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, rehabilitation and more. These services are available to residents of Evergreen retirement community on a priority basis, as well as to people living in Oshkosh and surrounding cities.
