Active support and empowerment guide the Center for Suicide Awareness’ work within our communities as we reach out with needed emotional assistance, education, and resources to individuals, families, veterans, schools, businesses, agencies, and law enforcement.

Year round, the Center for Suicide Awareness organizes and hosts numerous awareness, prevention, and education events including:

  • The Annual Walk for Suicide Awareness – held in September
  • The Ride to End Suicide
  • Empty Shoes Memorial
  • QPR Training (Question, Refer, Persuade)
  • And much more!

Volunteers are needed and appreciated for these and many more events.
