• Wheelchair transport of patients and visitors

As a volunteer we ask for:

• A minimum of a six month commitment with a preference of volunteering once a week
• Reliable, caring individuals with a positive attitude
• Persons interested and willing to learn
• Age 16 or more

Ascension Calumet Hospital, located in Chilton WI, provides compassionate primary and specialty medical care, including critical access hospital care, emergency and trauma care and rehabilitation. The hospital plays a vital role in the health of our community.
