Position Summary Volunteer Mediators support the mission of the Outagamie County Conflict Resolution Center by helping individuals navigate and resolve conflicts in a constructive, respectful, and confidential manner. Volunteer Mediators facilitate structured conversations between parties in dispute, helping them communicate effectively, identify underlying issues, and explore mutually acceptable solutions. This role is ideal for individuals interested in conflict resolution, communication, community engagement, or pursuing careers in mediation, social services, or law.
