The Fox Cities Habitat Women Build is where awesome people join forces; not just to construct homes, but to forge stronger, safer communities and support for affordable housing right here in the Fox Valley. Let's build something great together!

Whether you're an individual, a group of friends, or a team of colleagues, we have a place for you. Construction kicks off the week of June 18 and continues through October, offering plenty of opportunities to get involved. You can contribute directly to building homes or provide vital support by feeding our dedicated volunteers. No experience is necessary – just a willingness to make a difference! Ready to lend a hand? The Waupaca County Resource Fair offers connections with over 30 local programs for Waupaca County residents. The fair showcases the numerous social and community organizations available in Waupaca County. The goal is to represent low-income individuals and/or families and to be all-inclusive.

We would like to set up a Habitat booth to share information about our programs: Almost Home, Homebuyer, and Home Repair. We will provide you with the information and materials that you'll need to know. A light lunch is provided.

Imagine walking into a freshly painted home—a space that feels warm, welcoming, and full of possibility. That’s the gift you can give by volunteering with us! We’re looking for enthusiastic helpers to paint the interiors of homes for families in our community.

Habitat is looking for groups to help out with interior painting of our new and rehab homes. We have several upcoming dates that we could use 10-14 people to help with these ongoing needs.

In this vital, front-facing role, you won't just be a receptionist—you'll be the first impression and the crucial connection point for every person who steps through our door. Your efforts keep our entire mission running smoothly, ensuring we can continue building homes and hope in the Fox Cities community. Office Hours: Monday through Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and Fridays (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM).

Scheduling: Choose the option that works best for you—full-day or flexible half-day shifts are available.

We're looking for passionate volunteers to help us raise the walls and lay the foundation for a brighter future. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need. If you can hold a hammer and smile, you're exactly who we need. You'll help alongside other volunteers, members of our Habitat Senior Crew volunteers, and the Habitat homeowners. Our workdays are Mondays through Saturdays from 8am-4pm with a morning break, and another break for lunch. Meet new people, learn new skills, and make a difference! You choose the days you want to help out!  All sign up is done online.

Our construction volunteers give their time, energy, and heart to help local families build a safe, affordable place to call home—and you can support them in a delicious way! Fox Cities Habitat is seeking generous Meal Donors to provide lunch for our hardworking build‑site crews. Whether you’re a great cook, love catering from local favorites, or just want to make someone’s day, your meal makes a huge difference. Sign up for a date that works for you, and help fuel the hands that build our community!

Lunch should be delivered to the site around 11:45am. The shift duration is 4 hours to account for shopping, prepping, and serving - you don't have to be on site 4 hours.

Be part of our awesome decon team!  This group goes into homes or businesses that will be remodeled or torn down and salvages items that can be sold at Habitat ReStore or recycled.  For example, one of our most common decon projects is to take out a kitchen from a home that will be getting a new kitchen.  We then sell that old kitchen set at ReStore.  All funds get funneled back into various Habitat housing solution programs locally.
