Essential Responsibilities
- Lawn Care – Mow, trim, and edge lawns to keep grounds looking their best
- Landscaping – Plant, weed, mulch, and water green spaces
- Tree & Shrub Maintenance – Prune trees and shrubs to maintain safety and aesthetics
- Debris Removal – Keep outdoor areas clean and free of hazards
- Equipment Care – Maintain and clean tools to ensure proper function
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to Rawhide’s mission
- Ability to pass a background check

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive movements Use of manual and power tools with adherence to safety protocols
Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, based on availability.
