Essential Responsibilities
- Keep Operations Running – Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems so daily life runs smoothly
- Ensure Safety – Inspect facilities, fix issues quickly, and create a secure environment
- Stay Prepared – Organize tools, supplies, and workspaces to ensure every job gets done efficiently
- Support Events – Help set up and take down events that support our programs
- Show You Care – Every repair, fresh coat of paint, and cleared walkway reminds youth they are valued
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with basic maintenance tasks
- A willingness to lend a hand and problem-solve
- Physical ability to complete tasks like lifting and standing
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to pass a background check

Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
