The Waupaca Regional Recycling Center is seeking volunteers to help collect data on who is utilizing the recycling center. This information will help better understand community use before and during the summer months.
Available Volunteer Shifts
Volunteers are needed for 2–4 hour slots on the following dates:
- Monday, July 6 | 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturday, July 11 | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Saturday, September 19 | 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Volunteer Requirements
- Able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
- Comfortable interacting verbally with recycling center users
- Able to record responses accurately on paper using a clipboard
Volunteer Role
Volunteers will politely ask users brief questions, collect responses verbally, and mark answers on a simple data collection form. Training and instructions will be provided.

Please register for one (or more) shift(s) based on your availability.
If you are only able to volunteer for a portion of the scheduled shift (minimum of two hours), please indicate this in the Notes section during sign-up, including your anticipated arrival time.
Your participation is greatly appreciated and will contribute directly to improved planning and service delivery for the Waupaca Regional Recycling Center.
