B.A.B.E.S., Inc. Annual Takin' It Outside will be taking place on Monday, June 24th from 4:00-6:00 at the B.A.B.E.S., Inc. facility. We will need several volunteers in many different areas including: set up, clean up, meal serving, and game monitors. However, in order to volunteer for this event you must attend an event orientation on Thursday, June 20th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. where we will go over how the event will run as well as fill out any necessary paperwork.
Volunteer Shifts will be:
3:00-4:00 Set Up (4 volunteers)
3:45-5:00 Meal Serve (includes set up, meal serving, and clean up; 4 volunteers)
4:00-5:45
Game monitoring (includes setting up the games, game monitoring, and cleaning up the games, 6-12 volunteers needed)
Tattoo Station (2 volunteers)
Dunk Tank (2 volunteers)
5:45-7:00 Clean Up (4 volunteers)
