Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive Sorting Day
This incredibly fun, fast-paced event will primarily take place at First English Lutheran Church North site. Unloading will take place at the B.A.B.E.S., Inc. office.
- Early shift-7:45-after lunch (roughly 10:30-11a)
- 2 volunteers needed
- Will be assisting with sorting and counting all the collected donations
- Free lunch will be provided!
- Late shift-10:30a-we finish (roughly 12:30-1p)
- 4 volunteers needed
- Come join us at 10:30 for a free lunch. It is first come, first served, so come a little earlier if you want to be sure to get food.
- After lunch volunteers will be assisting with "shopping" for items for B.A.B.E.S., Inc.
- Once all items are distributed, we will be loading our items onto a truck to bring back to our office.
- 2 volunteers will need to stay and help clean up at the sorting location
- 2 volunteers will need to drive over to our office to help unload the truck
Orientation is required before the day of the event. There is a group orientation at B.A.B.E.S., Inc. set for Monday, March 9 at 5:30 p.m.. If this doesn't work for your schedule, let us know, and we can probably work something else out.
