The Outreach Event Assistant supports the planning and coordination of community events that promote awareness, engagement, and fundraising for Community Benefit Tree Inc.
This role assists with event planning efforts, volunteer recruitment, and community outreach to help ensure successful event execution. Responsibilities include helping identify and engage volunteers, supporting communication efforts to increase event awareness, and assisting with promotional activities across social media, community groups, and local networks.
The Outreach Event Assistant plays a key role in building community connections, expanding participation, and helping create meaningful, well-supported events that advance the organization’s mission.
