Our Registration team is at the front line of our agency! When a new client walks through our doors looking for help, this crew ensures they feel welcome and seen. This role processes referrals, sets up accounts and explains our shopping process.

If you enjoy working direct client services, have a passion for helping others and have some computer experience -- this is the perfect role for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they enter our building

• Process referrals and renewals/update accounts on the computer

• Some data entry

• Guide our clients through our shopping process
  
  

Role Requirements:

• Arrive by 9:45am for door opening at 10:00am; shift ends at 12:45pm
  
  
• Position is mostly seated at a desk with some walking 
  
  
• Some knowledge and comfort with computers and databases is great! (we can train though!)
  
  
• Good eye for detail
  
  
• Great communication skills and a passion for helping!
