Help wrap up our X-Golf fundraiser by taking down signage, collecting materials, breaking down displays, and assisting with general event cleanup.

This opportunity is very group‑friendly for adult groups (group size: 4).

Help prepare the space for our X‑Golf fundraiser by setting up signage, raffle baskets, raffle displays, game stations, the registration table, and other event materials. Light lifting may be required. This is a group‑friendly opportunity for adult groups.

Assist with guest check‑in at our X‑Golf fundraiser, distribute materials, answer basic questions, and help ensure a smooth start to the event. This role is ideal for friendly, detail‑oriented volunteers and is best suited for individual volunteers or a pair.

Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to event participants at our X-Golf fundraiser and encourage engagement throughout the afternoon. Volunteers should be comfortable interacting with guests and handling cash or mobile payments.

This opportunity is group‑friendly for pairs of adult volunteers (group size: 2 per shift).

Help run the Shake of the Day game station at our X‑Golf fundraiser by explaining rules, assisting participants, collecting payments, and keeping the area organized. Because this role involves handling money, it is limited to one adult volunteer per shift (group size: 1).

Support our X‑Golf fundraiser by selling basket raffle tickets, collecting payments, answering basic questions, and keeping the raffle table organized. Because this role involves handling money, it is limited to adult volunteers and is group‑friendly for pairs (2 per shift).

Support the event by assisting with small tasks, refilling supplies, delivering items, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

We warmly invite you to donate gently used hats, gloves, scarves, and coats, especially during this time of year. Additionally, any non-perishable food items, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and paper products would greatly assist those in need in the Neenah/Menasha community, especially with the food pantry located next door.

As the holiday season approaches, donations of turkey and ham are greatly appreciated so that families in need can celebrate this festive time.

Donation drop-off hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM at our Neenah location, located at 1425 S. Commercial St.

St. Vincent de Paul is looking for volunteers to assist with loading our truck on March 20th. The event will be located at the Apostolic Truth Church in Appleton from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. This will involve lifting and carrying boxes.
