From DIY kits to fully facilitated events, Volunteer Fox Cities handles logistics so your team can focus on impact. Perfect for team retreats or employees who can’t step away from their work locations for long periods of time. All kits are matched to real needs identified by local nonprofits.

How it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Tier
Tier 1: Items Delivered + Instructions (DIY)

• Pre-packaged materials delivered to your office
• Step-by-step assembly instructions
• Overview of the social impact created
• Team-led experience, on your schedule
• Drop completed kits off yourselves to the desired
nonprofit or we’ll return to pickup and deliver on your behalf
Best for: Teams seeking flexibility and independence.
Investment: $500 + Per Kit Cost

Tier 2: Same as Tier 1 + On-Site Support
• Full material setup at your location
• Project stations prepared in advance
• Clear guidance for smooth execution
• Your team assembles; we handle logistics, including delivery of completed kits to desired nonprofit (unless you prefer otherwise.)
Best for: Teams wanting a ready-to-go project and guidance from VFC staff to ensure smooth execution.
Investment: $750 + Per Kit Cost

Step 2: Select Your Impact Area
Choose a cause and select a kit from our menu (see first link below). We guide you on ideal kit quantity, team size, and timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 3: Select Date and Location
Choose your desired date, time, and location.

Most kit activities take 1-2 hours and work best in a space that allows materials to be easily accessed and assembled. For added flexibility, materials can be available over multiple days so team members can participate as they’re able.

Turnaround Time:

Due to logistics and material shipping all Volunteer in a Box activities require a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice.

This investment allows Volunteer Fox Cities to coordinate materials, match your project to real community needs, and manage logistics from start to finish. The Give Back Bus is a high impact option for large teams of 20 or more looking to volunteer together. Employees travel by bus to one or more volunteer sites, creating a shared experience that builds morale and connection.

We handle every detail, from selecting the right nonprofit partner(s) to coordinating logistics, securing the bus, and providing onsite support, so your team can enjoy a seamless offsite volunteer experience.

What’s Included:

• Identification of ideal volunteer project(s) based on desired impact areas, date & time, and group size
• Full coordination of locations, timing, and project details
• Project scoping with nonprofit(s) ahead of time
• Management of multiple locations, if needed

Best For: Large groups seeking a turnkey, shared volunteer experience
Investment:
• $750 service fee (planning + on-site support)
• Cost of bussing (nonprofit discount applied)
• $250 per additional volunteer location beyond the first

Turnaround Time:

Due to the amount of logistical planning needed for success, Give Back Buses require a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice.

Give Back Road Crew is a fully coordinated volunteer experience for your small team with the same level of support as a Give Back Bus (learn more about the Give Back Bus, which is best for larger groups of 20+, here), just without the provided transportation. Employees drive themselves, and you choose whether Volunteer Fox Cities' staff are onsite site day-of.

We handle every detail, from selecting the right nonprofit partner(s) to coordinating logistics, and providing onsite support, so your team can enjoy a seamless offsite volunteer experience.

What’s Included:

• Identification of ideal volunteer project(s) based on desired impact areas, date & time, and group size
• Full coordination of locations, timing, and project details
• Project scoping with nonprofit(s) ahead of time

Best For:  Small to midsize groups that prefer flexibility and self-transportation
Investment:
• $500 service fee (all pre-event coordination)
• $250 Optional on-site support day-of

Volunteer Fox Cities will identify three local nonprofit partners aligned with your company’s volunteer goals and make warm introductions, saving you time and helping you start strong.

What’s Included:

• Video consult with a VFC staff member to learn about your employee volunteer engagement goals and impact areas

• Customized nonprofit recommendations and warm introductions

Best for: Companies that need help getting started, then continue on their own.
Investment: $200

Two weeks notice required.
