Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that identifies issues and implements projects that protect, restore and sustain the water resources of the Fox-Wolf River Basin. At Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance, we believe our waters are worth protecting. We work with a wide variety of partners to protect and restore the waters of the Fox-Wolf River basin, for the good of all who live, work, and play here. Our vision is for all our waters to move off the impaired waters list so they can support their full range of uses in a healthy way.
We take a holistic, watershed-wide approach to water resource management, recognizing that all waters are interconnected. By working across traditional boundaries and priorities, we aim to improve water quality and ensure a healthy watershed for future generations.
Collaboration is at the heart of our efforts. We engage a diverse range of partners to maximize our impact, creating innovative solutions that benefit the entire watershed and the communities that depend on it. We employ a process that fosters open communication among all stakeholders in the basin to achieve broad-based support.
As a catalyst for action, we provide information, education and research to empower others to solve problems. We make implementation a strong component of all our efforts.
