Outagamie County Conflict Resolution Center

Who We Are

We help people have the conversations they’d rather avoid. As a community conflict resolution center, we bring trained volunteer mediators into real-life conflicts—giving people a neutral space to be heard, work through disagreements, and explore solutions. Whether a conflict is happening in the community or through the court system, mediation helps people move forward through conversation.

What We Do

We provide mediation and conflict resolution services that give people a structured, neutral space to address disagreements, communicate effectively, and work toward solutions.

Our work includes court-connected mediation, community mediation, and conflict resolution education for individuals, organizations, and the broader community. Through these programs, we help people navigate conflict, have productive conversations, and find constructive paths forward.

Volunteers complete comprehensive mediator training and gain hands-on experience through observation and co-mediation before facilitating sessions independently. It’s a meaningful role where volunteers help people work through difficult conversations and make a positive impact in their community.
