The Building For Kids Children's Museum

The Building for Kids Children's Museum is a nonprofit children’s museum in downtown Appleton dedicated to empowering children, engaging families, and energizing communities through intergenerational play and learning. Since opening in 1992, we’ve provided welcoming, interactive spaces where children can discover, imagine, and grow together with the people around them.

Building for Kids Children’s Museum creates hands-on, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and resilience in children and families. Through interactive exhibits, programs, and community partnerships, we encourage exploration of the arts, sciences, and humanities while strengthening connections between kids, caregivers, and the community.
