Child Care Resource and Referral

Our Mission: Improve the the quality and accessibility of early childhood education and care.

Founded in 1987, Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and one of eight regional Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies and Family Resource Centers in Wisconsin, providing services throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. We offer support and resources to families, early childhood professionals, and the community.

Child Care Resource & Referral works to strengthen our community's families, children, and the early childhood professionals in Northeastern Wisconsin. Help CCR&R continue to:

• Promote the well-being of children and families through targeted family programming, resources, and support services.
• Support families and economic stability by helping parents connect with quality child care so they can work, pursue education, and provide for their families.
• Strengthen the early childhood workforce through professional development, resources, and support that help educators provide high-quality care and learning experiences for young children.
