Mission: Seeking to put God’s love into action, we bring people together to build homes, communities and hope.

Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity started serving families through new home construction in 1993. Since then, our services have expanded to include home repairs, Rock the Block events, Almost Home guidance and our Appleton Habitat ReStore.

At Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity, we live by our commitment to bring people together to build homes, strengthen neighborhoods and achieve self-reliance. We seek to empower families to gain access to decent, safe and affordable housing. We are stewards of our community, our environment, as well as the time and talent of our volunteers, staff, donors and shoppers.

Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with God’s people in need by building houses so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which people can live and grow into all that God intended. We offer innovative housing solutions to neighborhoods and families within Calumet, Outagamie, Waupaca and Northern Winnebago counties. We fulfill our mission by partnering with families to become homeowners or improve the safety of their existing homes. Our philosophy is based on a cycle to continually build, finance and reinvest.

• Build: Volunteers and family partners build and repair homes with donated materials and labor.
• Finance: Families pay for their homes or home repairs with affordable financing terms. Fox Cities Habitat receives no profit from the sale and the homeowner pays no interest.
• Reinvest: All mortgage and loan payments are reinvested into Fox Cities Habitat programs to help more families.
