Who We Are

At Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin (NCW), we provide pathways for people who are underserved, underrepresented or disadvantaged who have a goal of building job skills that lead to sustained employment and improved financial stability. We do this work within our retail stores and through our community partnerships. We are proud of our sustainability efforts and the life-changing impact we make on neighbors in our communities with the help of our donors and shoppers.

What We Do

The resources generated through the sale of donated goods are invested in our people, community, mission and future.

Our programs enhance people’s dignity and quality of life by seeing them for who they are and helping them reach their goals through skill building and the power of work.

You’ve helped divert more than 51.1 million pounds of donations from the landfill. Every donation provided on average three hours of job training and opportunities helping individuals enhance their dignity and quality of life.

Your support provided program participants more than 99,905 hours of on-the-job training in your local Goodwill NCW retail stores.

Because of your support, we were able to serve 40,879 people in our work, financial and community-focused programs offered.

Through our GoodNeighbor program, we provided nearly $1.1 million in merchandise to people in need through our partner agencies.
