Two shifts available - 4:00pm to 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 8:00pm
There is a number of volunteers needed to make this event a success for our families and their children. We need game monitors, servers, runners, Santa's helpers, photographer, set-up crew, clean-up crew, etc..
Each December, B.A.B.E.S., Inc. hosts a holiday party for the families we serve. This event includes a meal, entertainment, games and pictures with Santa.
There will be a number of stations that need volunteers. We'd like to recruit approximately 30 volunteers.
For this event, each volunteer must be pre-approved and will be required to complete the screening process, which includes a background check.
One to two weeks prior to the event an orientation/training will be held to ensure we have a great plan in place so the families enjoy their evening.
