The National Postal Carrier Food Drive was a great success! But we can't send all this food home with our clients until it is sorted. Following our sorting guidelines, you will work with our operations manager and other volunteers to sort canned goods, boxed foods, and other non-perishable food items.
This indoor project is for volunteers age 16 and older. You will be standing, bending, lifting and walking continuously during the event. There is no monetary or in-kind compensation for your work, but you can take the peace of mind knowing that your efforts will put food on the table for thousands of people.
An application is required and can be completed HERE. The volunteer coordinator will contact you to confirm your participation. Only those with completed applications will be allowed to volunteer.
