A carnival themed Parent Education/Family Night. There will be games, prizes, food, fun, and more. this event is a big event for B.A.B.E.S. We want this to be a fun evening for our families.
This event is a longer even so we will have shifts available or you may volunteer for the full length of the event. The shifts we have in mind 3:30-6pm and 6-8:30pm. However we are flexible.
Some of the tasks we need volunteers to help us with include:
- helping to set up
- serving food
- kitchen help
- running carnival inspired games
- group games
- face painting
- caring for children
- helping parents
- cleaning up
Please RSVP by June 12th as you should plan to attend event-specific orientation for this event on June 15th at 6:00 pm. If you are interested in volunteering in this event please let us know as soon as possible.
