Please join us for a FREE Día de los Muertos-themed Health and Resource Event with Vaccines at the Chilton Public Library!

Thursday, November 2 from 5-7 p.m. at the Chilton Public Library

• Thank you to Calumet County Public Health for providing the following:

  • COVID-19 vaccinations:

    • For those who are ages 6 months and up who are underinsured/uninsured or children with Medicaid

  • Flu vaccination:

    • For individuals under the age of 19 years who are underinsured/uninsured or have Medicaid

    • For adults who are underinsured/uninsured (limited supply)

  • Information and resources, including details about the CDC’s Bridge Access Program for no-cost COVID-19 vaccine

• The Chilton Public Library will create an altar to which event participants can add photos.
