We are seeking technical support ASAP for:
Assisting with the Hybrid/Zoom system during our monthly meetings at the DJ Bordini Center in Appleton. We need Tech support on the 2nd Monday of most months from 5:15-8:15pm for 8 months out of the year. Remaining 2025 meetings for which Tech Support is needed are 10/13 and 11/13; need to train/practice prior. 2026 meeting dates have not yet been solidified but will be soon.
We need someone to start up the hybrid system before each meeting and remain at the computer during the meeting to ensure the tech is working properly, load files from flash drives, monitor those on Zoom, and troubleshoot if there are any issues. Must be comfortable with a computer and hybrid meeting environment. Familiarity with hosting Zoom meetings and hybrid conference systems beneficial but not required; we can train you.
