Janitorial Technician

Essential Responsibilities
- Facility Cleaning – Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect common areas and offices
- Restroom Sanitation – Clean and restock restrooms to ensure hygiene
- Trash Removal – Empty and properly dispose of waste and recyclables
- Surface Disinfection – Wipe down tables, desks, and countertops
- Dusting & Windows – Maintain clear, dust-free surfaces and windows
- Supply Management – Restock cleaning supplies and report needs
What You’ll Bring
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive movements
- Knowledge of safe cleaning techniques is helpful
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to Rawhide’s mission
- Ability to pass a background check

Work Environment
Indoor work in offices, restrooms, and common areas
Exposure to cleaning chemicals (protective gear provided as needed)
Physical demands include lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
Time Commitment & Schedule: Flexible scheduling between 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, based on availability.
