- Greet any family or visitors and orient them to the Cherry Meadows facility, (Where the bathroom is; How to get coffee and where the snacks are.)
- Ask family members if they would like anything to drink and offer them a snack.
- Offer to sit with family members to listen to them. Some just need your presence for comfort or support.
