Front Desk Volunteer

The Front Desk Volunteer is the initial point of contact for our patients and their families and "face" of Hope Clinic. Front Desk volunteers welcome patients, assist with determining eligibility, registration, completing necessary forms, tracking and a variety of other tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly with good communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to work with an interpreter. Knowledge of languages other than English will be a valuable resource. Volunteer shifts are available Monday - Thursday and can range from 4-8 hour shifts based on volunteer availability.
