If you are interested in helping new and existing businesses and have extensive experience in Business Start-up, Administration, Planning, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing or another business discipline, or have been a business owner, this opportunity may be a fit for you!
Consider volunteering with Fox Cities SCORE as a Mentor. We provide online training and team mentoring with other mentors until you are comfortable working with clients. The Fox Cities SCORE chapter covers 8 counties, with an office location in Appleton, WI.
This opportunity provides flexibility, as you schedule meetings with the client at a mutually agreeable time. Our mentors must have 10+ years of business experience as business professionals, business owners or business educators. Volunteers spend approximately 10-15 hrs per month meeting with clients face to face, by phone or via our online mentoring system on Zoom and participating in associated chapter meetings and mentoring prep work.
