Community Benefit Tree Inc. is supported by specialized Board Teams that provide focused leadership, guidance, and oversight in key areas of organizational operation and mission advancement. Each team plays an essential role in ensuring accountability, sustainability, and effective service delivery.
Board Team Member :
• Development Team – Responsible for advancing fundraising strategies, donor relations, grant opportunities, and resource development to support the financial sustainability and growth of the organization.
• Finance Team –Provides oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal planning to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
• Governance & Recruitment Team –Focuses on board development, policy governance, compliance, and recruitment of board members and key volunteers to strengthen organizational leadership and long-term capacity.
• Client Application & Process Review Team - Reviews client applications and supports the development and refinement of intake processes to ensure fair, consistent, and compassionate access to services and assistance programs.
