NAMIWalks events bring together people of all ages and fitness levels to combat stigma, raise funds and promote awareness of mental illness. Each NAMIWalks 5K event is a celebration of recovery—a time when we come together to let the world know we are #stigmafree.
There is no registration fee, but participants are encouraged to build teams, share stories and raise funds to support their local, regional and/or state NAMI organizations. Participants raising at least $100 are given a NAMIWalks t-shirt on the day of their Walk.
