Girls on the Run is a youth development program that combines social/emotional learning with physical activity. Running is integrated into lessons about confidence, empowerment, positive relationships, healthy eating, and other life skills to inspire young girls to feel joyful, healthy, and confident. The 10-week program requires teams to meet twice a week for approximately 90 minutes each time. Please contact Kathy Olson, Program & Outreach Coordinator, at kathy.olson@girlsontherun.org
