B.A.B.E.S., Inc. will be having our first annual Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, April 27th, 2019. We will need several volunteers to help with set up, clean up, check in, and water stations. There are several shifts.
An orientation will be required for ALL volunteers and orientation will be held on Friday, April 26th at 5:00 p.m. at the B.A.B.E.S. facility (1331 E Wisconsin Ave. Appleton, WI 54911). If you do not attend an orientation, you will be unable to volunteer at the 5k. Orientation will be brief, we will just go over how the event will run as well as volunteer assignments and locations. Separate orientations can be scheduled for groups wishing to volunteer together.
The shifts on April 27th include (please report to Fox Cities Exhibition Center to check in for volunteering (355 W Lawrence St, Appleton, WI 54911)):
6:00-7:00 a.m. Set Up
8:15-9:00 a.m. Water Station (includes set up and clean up of water station, must report to Exhibition Center 15 minutes before scheduled shift to get table and water cups)
8:15-9:15 a.m. Water Station (includes set up and clean up of water station, must report to Exhibition Center 15 minutes before scheduled shift to get table and water cups)
8:30-9:30 a.m. Water Station (includes set up and clean up of water station, must report to Exhibition Center 15 minutes before scheduled shift to get table and water cups)
8:30-9:45 a.m. Water Station (includes set up and clean up of water station, must report to Exhibition Center 15 minutes before scheduled shift to get table and water cups)
8:30-10:00 a.m. Water Station (includes set up and clean up of water station, must report to Exhibition Center 15 minutes before scheduled shift to get table and water cups)
8:45-10:30 a.m. Table at End of Race
11:00 a.m. - noon Clean Up
