Consider volunteering with Fox Cities SCORE as a Mentor. We provide online training and supported mentoring with other mentors until you are comfortable working with clients. The Fox Cities SCORE chapter covers 8 counties, with an office location in Appleton.
This opportunity provides flexibility as you schedule your meetings with the client at a mutually agreeable time. Our mentors have 10+ years of business experience as business professionals, business owners or business educators. Volunteers spend approximately 10-15 hrs per month meeting with clients face to face, by phone or via our online mentoring system on Zoom and participating in associated chapter meetings and mentoring prep work.
