Outagamie County Nutrition Program is looking for a Activities Volunteer to host activities at varying meal sites. Bring your best game face while you manage Sheephead and cribbage tournaments! Maybe playing board games, crafting or throwing a coloring party is more your style. Bring your ideas-lets see what kind of fun we can create for our participants!
The Outagamie County Nutrition Program serves meals to individuals who are 60+ years old. Meals are served in two different settings: congregate and home-delivered. Congregate meals are offered at five different locations: Hortonville, Kaukauna, Oneida Heights (Appleton), Seymour, and the Mary Beth Nienhaus Activity Center (Appleton). Home-delivered meals are offered throughout Outagamie County.
Days and hours can be at your agreed upon discretion.
Volunteer Qualifications & Requirements:
- 18+
- Must complete an Application, Care Givers and Criminal Background Checks
- Orientation and Food Safety training
- Not appropriate for court ordered community service
