Our fine reputation stems from the compassionate care provided by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity since 1943. Our mission and ministry flow from the gospel values of dignity, compassion, respect, hospitality, and stewardship. St. Paul Elder Services has developed specialized programs and facilities that are specifically designed to enhance the lives of aging individuals. Whether the need is for short- or long-term, our caring, trained personnel are here to help. From daycare for loved ones who suffer from dementia, to rehabilitation centers for recovery from surgery, stroke, or illness, we can meet your needs and expectations.

From that beginning, we have grown exponentially in all aspects of our operations. We have new and ever-growing facilities and programs to meet the increased demands of the older adult. Today, we take great pride in the evolution of St. Paul Elder Services. We are no longer “just a nursing home,” but rather a dynamic, thriving retirement community providing a full continuum of services. Below are some of the services we have to offer:

• St. Paul Home – Long-term care and skilled nursing services, specialized Alzheimer’s & dementia programs
• Center of Rehabilitation – Inpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy and skilled nursing services, and outpatient therapy services
• St. Paul Villa – Assisted living facility
• St. Paul Manor – Memory Care assisted living facility
• .Life Enrichment Center – Foot and nail clinic, ear irrigation, massage therapy, and warm water pool therapy
• Club Gabriel – Adult Day Services
• St. Paul Hospice – Palliative and hospice care, provided both in-home and on St. Paul’s campus
• St. Paul At Home – In-home non-medical care, meals on wheels, transportation services, emergency response systems.
• Passages Memory Care Program & The Memory Care Resource Center— Dementia support services at home, in the community, and within the St. Paul campus.
