Are you looking for a rewarding way to give back to your community? Fox Cities Habitat is searching for a warm and welcoming Front Desk Volunteer to join our team at our Main Office, located at 921 Midway Rd., Menasha.
In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, making a real difference by:
- Greeting guests with a smile and helping them with their questions or meetings.
- Answering and directing phone calls to ensure everyone connects with the right person.
- Assisting with light computer tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Handling daily mail, making sure important information gets where it needs to go.
- Tackling other miscellaneous tasks that help our mission thrive!
We offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You can choose between full-day or half-day options.
